He explains that Scripture seems to indicate that this parable is not about ability or possessions, but rather about the knowledge of Christ. He urges his audience to share the gospel and carry whatever knowledge they have forward. With much knowledge, Berding says, his audience is responsible for much growth for the kingdom of God.
